Overview

CarPlex is a car dealership based in Hailsham, East Sussex, with over 130 vehicles in stock ranging from £3,000 to £150,000. The team wanted to build their social media presence and connect with more buyers online. Initially, they didn’t believe platforms like Instagram could directly generate car sales, but that soon changed.


Their Problems

CarPlex had a great product offering but limited online engagement. Their social media wasn’t driving meaningful enquiries, and they wanted to modernise their digital approach to match the scale and quality of their dealership.


Our Solutions

Since July 2024, we have managed CarPlex’s social media strategy, content creation, and paid advertising campaigns. We’ve focused on producing high-quality Reels, photography, and branded graphic posts to highlight new arrivals, showcase finance options, and build trust with potential customers.


The Outcome

The results have been exceptional. CarPlex’s Instagram following has grown from 1,000 to over 2,800, with content reaching over 200,000 accounts and generating 1.6 million views in 2025 alone. Organic posts have driven regular enquiries and car sales, while a new paid campaign focused on finance applications has already delivered 58 direct form submissions through their website in just one month.

CarPlex has transformed its social media into a key sales channel, proving that with the right strategy, social platforms can drive real results in the automotive industry.
