Overview

JT Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing and heating company based in Eastbourne. John was always doing various jobs, but like most plumbers, boiler installations weren't coming through the door consistently, even while competitors in his area were booked out on installs for weeks ahead.

The Problem

Boiler installations are bread & butter work. John had the capacity to take them on, but wasn't generating a reliable stream of install enquiries. The work was out there, it just wasn't finding him.

What We Did

We built a targeted Meta ads campaign designed to drive boiler installation enquiries directly to John's business. The campaign was built to capitalise on demand during the colder months but it's continued to perform well into the summer, generating enquiries even through the recent UK heatwave with temperatures hitting 32°C.

Every enquiry was pre-qualified before reaching John, so he was only speaking to homeowners who were genuinely ready to move forward.

The Results

From 19th February to 26th May (96 days) on just £500/month ad spend:

• 45 qualified enquiries

• 15 closed boiler installations

• £36,800 in generated revenue

• Averaging £10,000/month in boiler installs
